Guys, guess what? I gave blood for the 1st time yesterday. I know it's pathetic that I'm so proud of myself, but I'm afraid of needles and blood. It's actually not that bad except for how you feel afterwards and I had to be poked twice.
No, they had to lay me down instead of keeping me sitting up though because I was really lightheaded. Then a half hour later at track practice, I had what felt like an asthma attack, but that was about it.
