Worry no more, Sarah...

I will still win.

Most likely it was Rachael who saved the archives. The (screaming of terror) spider post is back up. It is in the January archive.

I will win. Bwa ha ha ha ha!!

I think not anymore that you will be the one called winner. Can anyone understand my point here?

Saved the archives? What do you mean? Archiving happens on it's own. I really had nothing to do with the temporary deletion of the spider post.

Then you are saying we should tell Blogger not to scare us like that again or something, since if it happened on its own, it was Blogger.

No guys you can adjust your archive setting in a place on the blogger dashboard that says some like archiving. You can even omit the archives all together if you so choose. It looks like someone ( no idea who, although I suspect it was Ben) changed the archiving frequency to monthly instead of every two weeks, like I think it was before. Blogspot then had problems adjusting to that change of events and acted up for a while causing mass panic. Or maybe I'm completely wrong and I made all this up, it's for me to know and you to find out.

Yes, I was the one who changed the archving frequency. I think it was sent to weekly, but I'm not positive. Anyway, I'm sorry for any problems that this caused, I was just trying to solve the future problem of having an incredibly long list of archives.

I'm sure that you don't have it out for the spider post. Which now by the way has 61 comments on it which I think is a record.
