That is a tough question. We can't exactly compare them, because they are a different genre. So, I have to score each from their respective genre. But I guess I would have to say Lord of the Rings, just because it has to do more with our lives than Star Wars.
But we have to take into consideration, Lord of the Rings had better technology to work with compared to the original Star Wars.
i think Lord of The Rings is much better. i mean i like star wars, but it is kind of stupid. the dialog is better in rings, the look of the movies, not just because of the technology, is better in rings too. and i agree with tom, it relates more to our lives. i do like star wars tho, so dont get me wrong. it is great for what it is, a space movie covered in cheesy with awsome force. to like star wars you have to really buy into the whole world to like it. lord of the rings is easier to like.
