My Bad Day

Well, I had a bad day, the first time in a while. At work, I just didn't want to work, I guess, and just tons more crap, like not getting the recommended amount of sleep.

the recomended amount of sleep is now 6-7 hours

Actually, yesterday night and this morning, I only got 6 hours and it didn't seem that bad.

I probably am immune to the lack of sleep now.

When do you go to work? Do you get to bed by 10 or what? If you do, you aren't normal.

It is quality over quantity I guess.

Nine hours of interrrupted sleep is much worse than 6 undisturbed hours. Whether, your nine hours is good, I don't know. I would hate to sleep for 10-11 hours, unless I truly needed it.
