Not wearing a seatbelt?
Maybe this is the updated story of the dog that is in jail on Downesfert's blog. Yeah, because of a kid's idea, dogs might have to wear seatbelts in Pennsylvania.

man kids are dumb, they can hardly get people to wear seat belts muchless dogs, i say cats are more at risk
I think at these speeds, they are both dead.
people dont drive as much with their cats.. and people dont care as much about cats. (i know i m over generalizing.. but really its kidn of true. most people with cats just keep them out side and have like 50 of them... some people do keep them inside and love them like family members... more people treat dogs like that than cats. no 1 cares.. and people will probably argue with me.. oh well)
yeah i guess you are right, but it still is dumb.
how about i start a thing for bugs' ( excuse me insects') rights. How unfair is it that bugs are kill by the millions from wind shields every day, it's just wrong. ( spiders however are fair game)
Spiders eat insects, they shouldn't be. But then again, I squash spiders when I have the opportunity.
of course spiders are fair game they aren't insects
other insects eat insects.. so that doesnt really amke a point.
